  8. Hex Shortcuts allows you to enter any character by entering the hex value for that
  9. character as a shortcut. So to enter the character for "1/4", you'd enter the shortcut
  10. pen stroke, followed by 0xbc.

  12. Note that only lower case letters are used as hex digits.
